DAY 2 / BUDAPEST
Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Budapest, situated on both banks of
the Danube, unites the colorful hills of Buda and the flat boulevards
of Pest. The balance of the day is at leisure. This evening, a welcome
drink and orientation at your hotel.

3 / BUDAPEST
This morning, a tour of Budapest begins in Pest and includes the
Parliament, Royal Palace, Heroes' Square and Market Hall. Cross the
Danube over the Elizabeth Bridge to the Buda Hills. Visit the Citadel
on Mount Gellert, then continue to the 13th Century Matthias Coronation
Church on Castle
Hill. From Fisherman's Bastion, enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of

4 / BUDAPEST / VIENNA
Travel through the Austrian countryside to Vienna, former center of the
Hapsburg Empire. Tonight, enjoy a traditional Heurigen dinner at
typical restaurant in the suburb of Neustift, featuring local cuisine,
homemade wines and entertainment.

5 / VIENNA
This morning's sightseeing tour features the Hofburg, the former
Imperial Palace, and a drive along the famous Ring. View the State
Opera House, Empress Maria Theresia Monument, Votive Church, City Hall,
Belvedere Palace, Prater amusement park and St. Stephen's Cathedral
along with other landmarks of the city's imperial history. Balance of
the day at leisure or choose an optional tour to visit Schonbrunn
Palace and Gardens, the former summer residence of the Habsburg family

PRAGUE
A morning sightseeing tour of Prague includes a visit to the Royal
Castle at Hradcany, former residence of the Bohemian kings. Enjoy
magnificent views of the city and Charles Bridge below. View St. Vitus
Cathedral and St. George's Basilica and walk the Golden Lane. Continue
to Charles Bridge, the Jewish Ghetto and the Old Town Square with its
famous Astronomical
Clock. Afternoon at leisure or enjoy an optional cruise on the Vltava
