Cancellations will only be accepted by written notification as of date received by our office. Trip cancellation insurance will be made available for the non-refundable fees resulting from health and accident related cancellations, and is highly recommended.

RESPONSIBILITY
Garlin Travel, and/or their agents and representatives give notice that services provided in connection with these tours are rendered by suppliers acting as independent contractors and not as agents or employees of Garlin Travel. All tickets, vouchers and coupons issued by them and all arrangements for transport, car rental or conveyance or for the hotel or guesthouse accommodations made by them, are made upon the express condition that neither they nor their owners or employees shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying or providing transportation or services to the passenger throughout the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith. The airlines, steamship lines and other transportation companies whose services are featured in these tours are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The aforesaid Garlin Travel and/or their agents and representatives can accept no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes beyond our control. All such losses or expenses will have to be paid by the passengers. The right is reserved the decline or accept or retain any person as a member of any tour or to cancel or alter the tours. If at the sole discretion of the tour operator it is deemed to be in the best interest of the group to remove a passenger from the tour, the tour operator's liability is limited to a refund for the unused portion of the tour. The terms of this agreement cannot be changed or amended, except in writing, signed by an authorized officer of Garlin Travel. Full or partial payment for a trip reservation constitutes agreement to all the provisions in this brochure.

PASSENGER NAME: Passengers are responsible to ensure that the names printed on the invoice exactly match the first and last name written in their passport (middle names or initials are not needed). Due to newly introduced security measures, any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of rebooking. Once full payment is received, airline tickets will be issued. Subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee of up to $250 per ticket plus a Garlin Travel $50 revision fee per change. Garlin Travel will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy. Name changes must be advised in writing.

AIRLINES: Once issued, tickets are non-refundable. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Garlin Travel is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, not issued by Garlin Travel due to schedule and/or flight changes. Airlines reserve the right to demand immediate issuance of tickets whenever they determine that specific flights are heavily booked even when normal ticketing rules do not require tickets to be issued until a later date. In this instance, Garlin Travel will require immediate and full payment of the airfare and airport taxes and fees as itemized on the invoice. This situation overrides invoice terms and conditions and payment due dates. If full payment is not received, seats will be cancelled by the airline and may not be available to be rebooked on the same flights or at the same airfare. Any replacement air arrangements and airfare will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. We suggest you contact your travel agent or the carrier several weeks prior to departure for seat assignments. Passengers are responsible to reconfirm their flights 72 hours prior to departure for all flights.

Airport taxes & fees: All airline tickets are subject to a variety of foreign and domestic government taxes which include security charges, the September 11th Security Fee, airport facility charges, customs and immigration fees, inspection fees and more. CHANGES AFTER DEPOSIT: $50 per revision plus any expenses imposed by suppliers. A revision is defined as any item in a booking which requires an amendment. For example, one hotel revision would equal $50; two hotel revisions on the same booking would equal $100 plus supplier fees. Airline amendments are subject to $50 revision fees plus airline re-booking fees of up to $200 per ticket. A change of destination constitutes a cancellation, and will be subject to full cancellation fees.
